Brooks Gubser- Principle Owner.
After retiring with 40 years management experience with a large dairy company, Brooks is putting that valuable experience & knowledge to use supplying overall guidance & long range planning for the company. His input is also utilized in setting up management, technical, & information systems for the boat transport company.
Travis Gubser- General Manager
Travis handles the sales focus of the operation as well as scheduling & matching customer requirements with CMT boat hauling equipment & driver capacity. Travis is also responsible for insuring each shipment meets all safety, quality, & regulatory requirements. Shipping a boat properly is the main objective for Travis.
Gloria Gubser-Personnel & Safety Manager
Gloria handles matters pertaining to the personnel & safety areas as well as other critical administration duties. In addition Gloria is the company focus for owner operater recruitment & qualification..Gloria has several years experience in related fields with other companies prior to CMT.
Elizabeth Bourg-Finance Manager
Elizabeth started with CMT after receiving her finance degree from Missouri State University. Her education background & experience qualifies her for the responsibilities involved in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general finance & accounting as well as administration of all company management reporting systems.
Wisper Gubser-Scheduling & Administration
Wisper handles matters pertaining to the truck & driver communication & scheduling as well as other critical administration duties in the personnel & finance area. Wisper also has several years experience in similar adinistrative functions, both with CMT as well as other companies..
The staff is well qualified to coordinate all steps of a boat or Yacht move.

Multiple Boat Shipments- CMT’s core business is transporting multiple boat shipments for manufacturers & dealers. CMT systems are established primarily for this customer base. All CMT drivers are fully trained for multiple boat shipments for manufacturers & dealers.
Private Boats- CMT transports private boats for individuals, dealers, marinas, other boat transport companies & brokers. Private boat transport is unique & drivers are trained for for this segment of the busines over time as they gain experience.
Large Boats, Yachts, Sailboats & Houseboats- CMT transports large boats, yachts, sailboats & houseboats up to 60 feet long, 15 feet tall & 42,000 lb. This part of the business is very specialized with special requirements for both equipment & drivers.
Government, Military, Rescue & Conservation Boats- CMT ships Government, military, rescue & conservation types of boats. Most are transported for the manufacturer or for the government agency that owns the boat. CMT has operating authority with the U.S. federal government’s System for Award Management (SAM).
