CANADA QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR PAY
CMT pays for Owner Operator’s Canada qualified tractor & Canada qualified driver services at a rate of 76% of “Net Paid Load” for the 1st year of service.
After year 1, the rate increases by 1% to 77% for tractor & driver services
For shipments delivered to Canada, a 2% premium will be included in the rate for contractor equipment & driver services of the contractor delivering the shipment in Canada.
NON-CANADA QUALIFIED CONTRACTOR PAY
CMT pays for Owner Operator’s Non-Canada qualified tractor & Non-Canada qualified driver services at a rate of 75% of “Net Paid Load” for the 1st year of service.
After year 1, the rate increases by 1% to 76% for tractor & driver services
NET PAID LOAD
“Net paid load” is defined as the gross invoice minus deductions for actual or projected cost of oversize load permits, issued sales commissions, broker fees if applicable, escort services costs including pole vehicle if necessary, excess (over normal fleet cargo insurance) cargo insurance costs for large loads, single use state permits, Canada permits, other charges, surcharges and/or other excessive costs/deductions over normal as are necessary for the completion of the transportation agreement.
ACCESSORAL PAY
Contractor paid 100% of all fuel surcharge collected
Contractor paid at lease % for any loading/unloading & layover fees collected
Contractor paid at lease % for any NY/LI surcharge collected
Contractor reimbursed for any weight scale charges required
Preload compensation for preloading at Kansas manufacturing facility
Reimbursed for 1 truck wash per month (Maximum $45 per wash)
OTHER
Weekly pay with Direct Deposit available
Base plates can be purchased thru CMT, paid over several months
CMT will pay up to $300 for truck decals (Minimum stay at CMT 1 year to qualify)
CMT will pay for Passport (Minimum stay at CMT 1 year to qualify)
CMT will pay for TWIC Card (Minimum stay at CMT 1 year to qualify)

Contractor’s equipment taxes calculated & filed by CMT
